ALEXANDROS TSIOTINIS

Alex, one of the most promising young Greek chefs, has worked in some of the most prominent cuisines of the world. He has mastered his art alongside the likes of Alain Passard, Hélène Darroze, Eric Frechon, Arnaud Bignon and Pascal Barbot.

His creations aim to stimulate “his guests”, as he prefers to call his diners, to embark on a gastronomic voyage experiencing different tastes, scents and textures with every single bite. So far, his persistence to perfection and ingenuity has already been crowned with one star from the Michelin guide, 8 Toques d’Or from Athinorama magazine, 2 stars FNL by the homonymous guide and a number of other distinctions.
